Wow. Twenty years of Scribble..

Wow. Twenty years. Somehow, it feels like yesterday I launched Scribble with just my massive MacBook, favourite well-chewed pens, and a hazy dream: working with brands, events and organisations that are fun to collaborate with and are doing some good along the way.
Over the past two decades, that simple idea has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, thanks to the amazing clients I’ve worked with and scribbled alongside.
I’ve carved out a rather tasty niche in PR and content across entertainment, healthcare, climate, culture, and business, helping brands share stories in ways that connect and inspire. From campaigns that make people laugh to messages that drive real change, I’ve loved every project that pushed me and my brain to think creatively and differently.
2006, the year we were born, was pretty magical culturally too. Little Miss Sunshine, The Devil Wears Prada, and Casino Royale lit up screens. Music? Shakira’s Hips Don’t Lie had everyone dancing, and Gnarls Barkley’s Crazy was on repeat. Gaming was booming with The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and Gears of War, while social media was just starting to make waves with Twitter’s launch and YouTube growing fast.
It’s fun to think that while the world was exploring new ways to share stories, Scribble was already helping people tell theirs.
Twenty years later, I'm still inspired by that same spark: creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to try something new and stick in a wedge of silly wherever possible.
So, here’s to 20 years of stories, interviews, campaigns, and connections and to the next 20.
Thank you for being part of my journey. Scribble wouldn’t be here without you.
