Who they are: Imperial War Museum North (IWM North) is a fantastic museum in Greater Manchester, which explores the impact of modern conflicts on people and society. The marketing team needed a persuasive tone of voice and marketing material for a funding application for the Improving Futures project that aimed to encourage more people to volunteer at the venue.

What we did: Scribble created a voice and story for the project that was punchy, concise and had a inspiring tone to capture and explain what Improving Futures was all about.

This life-changing social learning programme helped volunteers move away from social and economic isolation. It provided personal development opportunities to those who needed help reintegrating into society, giving them access to a bespoke training programme. In turn, cultural venues across Greater Manchester were able to cultivate a valuable volunteer base that will enhance the visitor experience and provide access and interpretation to the collections.
