Celebrating the Kings Coronation using art and education

Scribble was approached by the Ideas Foundation to handle the PR to promote Coronation Generation Poster Design Challenge a competition that gave young people and educators from across the UK an opportunity to get involved in celebrating the Coronation.
Schools, colleges and universities were invited to create posters using photography, copywriting, typography, and graphic design to reflect the key themes: community, diversity, sustainability, and youth.
What we did:
Funded by the Department of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), the target audience for Coronation Generation was national, regional and local media, as well as arts, marketing and education platforms.
The coverage secured included regional stories across Scotland, Newcastle and Manchester, London and Wales.
Coronation Generation was also picked up by trade media including Campaign promoting the creative agencies and individuals that were involved in the competition.
