Social media training Yellow Broom Restaurant
Who they are: Natalie from the very lovely Yellow Broom Restaurant in Cheshire contacted Scribble after searching for a creative agency that had an interest in weddings. When she saw we’d written the book, Bridal Moments about planning your big day, she picked up the phone. She was looking for an introduction to social media and wanted a creative copywriter to bring to life their new website and venue brochure.
What we did: After several cups of tea in the lush surroundings that is the Yellow Broom Restaurant, we fell in the love with the building, the menu and the small friendly team that make bride and grooms' dreams come true and diners' bellies satisfied. We got them up and running on Twitter and Hootsuite so they were confident in using both platforms to their maximum potential. Then, we worked some magic on the restaurant's Facebook page, which they use as the main platform to interact with regulars and bride and grooms-to-be.
We worked with Scribble to create content for our new website and to kick start our social media activity. Helen gave us some fantastic, friendly and insightful social media training that has helped us find out feet with Twitter, Hootsuite and Facebook. She's got a great down to earth and honest manner and a natural flair when it comes to writing about food and the restaurant industry.Nathalie Burns
